Stephan Tomlinson is a Registered Forester and licensed Real Estate Broker with more than 35 years of experience in land, timber, and natural resource management across Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

A graduate of the Auburn University School of Forestry, Stephan holds a B.S. in Forest Engineering and was recognized as the school’s Outstanding Forestry Graduate. Throughout his career, he has worked in forestry consulting, timber harvesting, land brokerage, appraisal, and forest management.

Today, Stephan leads Growing Assets, helping landowners maximize the value of their timberland and rural properties through forestry consulting, land management, timber sales, and investment guidance. His experience combines technical forestry expertise with decades of hands-on knowledge in land ownership, stewardship, and natural resource management.
